Hello there!
Today I have a card for The Paper Players and their color challenge Silver, Black and White. These are not the colors I would normally choose for a Christmas card but I still think it works quite well.
Hi there!
Today I´m sharing a Christmas card where I have used an old Crafty Individuals stamp and then added a lot of glitter...even if it is not visible on the photo.
Hello there!
Happy Sunday everyone, it's starting to feel like Christmas now. Today's card is very simple but I still think it has something special.
Hello there!
Here today to share a rather simple Christmas card featuring the Large Frames Frilly #7 from Go Kreate along with old patterned paper from my stash.
Hello everyone!
Oops, how fast time goes, it's already December ... I think autumn has gone fast even though covid-19 has cast a dark shadow over it. Now I think we need to get in the Christmas spirit!
Hello there, happy friday!
Today I have Christmas card to share using an old stamp that I think is from Whimsy Stamps...but I am not sure.
I colored up the image with my Copics and added some Star Dust Stickles, Glitter Accents from Nuvo and loose glitter. Next, I stamped snowflakes around the image using Distress inks. The sentiment from K-designs is stamped and then heat embossed. I finished the card with a couple of black pearls.
Hello there, Christmas is approaching!
Today I am sharing a card made with an old owl stamp that I have lost the name of the manufacturer, maybe someone else recognizes it?
Hello there friends!
I have a Christmas card to share today using inspiration from CAS Colour & Sketch challenge.
Hello there!
I hope you are still healthy and can look forward to Christmas wherever you live, at least I hope to cheer up by sending some Christmas cards when that time comes.
For today's Christmas card I have used Penny Black's stamp set "holly jolly critters" together with watercolors and some Tim Holtz Distress Glaze (tattered rose and cracked pistachio). I also added 3 D snow, loose glitter, glitter paper and Diamond Stickles from Ranger.
Hello there!
Today I have tried me on a clean and simple card for Less is More and their Blue & Silver or Red & Gold challenge. I don´t know if I succeeded because I always add that little extra that makes them not fall into the clean and simple category.

Here is another Christmas card that I want to show you. I like how the alchohol inked background turned out.

Hello there, I´m glad you stopped by today!
I have a new Christmas card to show that I hope you like.
The background is created with watercolours and an old Holiday Words stamp set from Inkadinkado on Washbles paper from Creative Expressions. For the Christmas tree I used Tim Holtz embossing glaze Cracked Pistachio. I stamped the sentiment and gold heat embossed it. The sentiment and the image is from Stampin Up´s There´s a merry Christmas in the making. I colored the image with my Copics, then I cut it out by hand and adhered it with foam tape. For the banner I used Marianne Designs Collectables stamp and die set. I also added a silver star sequin and Diamond/Star Dust Stickles.
As always thanks so much for the visit!
Hugs, Birgit
Happy Friday friends!
I am back with another Christmas card, this time I have used Spellbinders Poinsettia stamp together with watercolors. The snowflakes was made with a stencil, embossing paste and glitter.
Happy Monday friends!
I have a card to share today using a Poinsettia Wishes stamp from Crafters Companion.
First I created the background using some Brusho colors. Next, I stamped and heat embossed the Poinsettia with Gold embossing pouder. I colored it up with watercolors and after that I added Ranger/Embossing Glaze and Glitter Stickles. The sentiment is from hÄnglar & Wings/Julens Magi stamp set and for the God Jul I used a Mandys die in both black foam and gold glitter paper. I colored in some seam binding and tied around the card. I finished the card with a nice half pearl.
As always thanks so much for stopping by!
Hugs, Birgit

Hello there friends!
I have a gift box to share today, I like to do such things when I'm not creating cards, it´s always good to have one on hand for a gift or to fill with some sweets/chocolate.
Hello there friends!
I hope you all had a great weekend! Today´s card is made of yet another old paintables from Prima Marketing that I found in my stash the other day. I used watercolour pencils and Distress embossing glaze together with a butterfly in canvas.
Hello there crafters!
I have two cards to share today which is quite similar because I have used up the last of an old green paper with a slightly fluffy surface that I have had in my stash for a looong time. I gave the first one a little autumn feeling, and the second bacame a little more masculine.
Happy Sunday!
I have a card to share today that I have created for a child who will be four years old in a couple of days. I am also playing along with a few blog challenges.
Hello there friends!
It´s with pleasure that I share my post today since I´m a guest designer for the current challenge "Staying in the Background" on The Funkie Junkie Botique Blog. Cec is the hostress and this is what she says:
My challenge to you is to create your own background and use it in a shabby chic or vintage project - no pre-printed patterned paper this time. You can create the background in any number of ways and it can be simple or intricate. Using embossing folders. stencils, dies, stamps, washi tape, paints, inks or a gel press are just a few ideas. Make sure you give a brief description of how you created your background in your post.
As I said, this is a simple technique that always gives good results and should not be forgotten when so many new products are launched, I think.
