I have one more project to share with you where I have used the old Maja Design´s A Gift For You - wrapped in old paper, this time I just colored up one of the images on the paper with my Copic pens and added some glitter. So vintage...I love it!

Hello there!

Today I´m here with a vintage inspired Christmas card created using an old Maja Design paper from 2014, A Gift for You - wrapped in old newspaper.

I stamped the bird in black directly on the paper and then clear heat embossed it. Next,I colored up with my Copic pens and adhered a layer Glossy Accents to make the bird pop. The stamp is from an old Inkadinkado stamp set which I usually use every year, I really like it! The sentiment stamp is from Bildmålarna. I also used black lace, silver star sequins and some foam tape.

I used a couple of stencils together with Distress inks to create the background...then I went loose with my dies and a punch:)

Happy Friday friends!

Today I have prepared a couple of gift boxes that I will give away ... I just don't know who will receive them yet, so I have just made the base for later personalizing, so good to have them when needed. One box for a woman and one for a man.

I have used boxes that I have covered with old papers from FabScraps and decorated a little. The sentiment stamp is from Red Rubber Design. And the wings, which is fantastic ... even if it´s not visible, is of metal and covered with Ranger´s Alcohol ink Mushroom and Oregano. Then I splattered over white ink and covered them with Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel and heated in which gave them a fantastic look. Don't know why I forgot about that medium and didn't use it for very long ?! I also used Spellbinders Nestabilities Large Labels dies to create the frame.
